Well after the warmest April on record throughout the country the first half of May has seen the appearance of many big fish.
Here's just a few:
The finest carp in the land the Black Mirror at 51lb 8oz.
The Snake Pit common has made an appearance at an impressive 45lb 10oz.
Cemex's papercourt has added a new forty to the ranks with Rosie at 40lb 4oz.
As ever Tel's also been doing the business with three forties in a week capped by Oxford's Choco at 48lb 14oz. Choco recently went fifty for the first time back in April to Jimmy Fletcher at 50lb 7oz.
