Carp Fishing

carp - the dustbin
James Davies - The Dustbin - Jun '08

On many carp waters the fishing season is now underway and has seen some stunning fish out already. The weather hasn't been the best for sun bathing, but certainly not bad for carp fishing.

Exciting plans are underfoot at TANB at the moment with some great site additions coming soon!!!

The site is getting busier and busier and we've had more great contributions, cheers all, but of course more are always welcome so if you think your area of the country is under represented do get in touch. We always welcome new carp fishing galleries from other areas of the country, our emphasis of course being on those Big British Historical lumps. Anyway, so get in touch if you can help.

Aquapure Traveller - Water Filter

12 November 2007 - Aquapure Traveller - Water Filter

With the dangers of Weils disease well publicised it's not a suprise that most of us choose not to fill the kettle from the lake or river. Added to algal bloom, silt etc. it's none to appealing a prospect. However that might not be the case anymore with the advent of modern water filters that can supposedly leave even the muddiest water as clear and clean as the tap water at home.
